At "Domaine des Champs Fleuris", we harvest the grapes at full maturity. We carefully sort out the harvest in our cellar. Four Saumur Champigny cuvées are made according to the Terroir : "Les Tufolies", fruity and velvety, "Les Vieilles Vignes" (Old vines) supple and well-structured to be enjoyed during all the meal. "Les Roches" and "Les Rôtissants" mature in oak barrels. They are rich, well-structured and fit to accompagny dishes cooked in a sauce. The wine making process is not always done in the same way ; choices are made after several tastings and discussions. |

According levels of ripening and trainings of the Chenin vine, "Domaine des Champs Fleuris" makes Crémant de Loire sparkling wines , dry white Saumur wines: "Cuvée du Domaine" or "Les Damoiselles" and sweet white wines Coteaux de Saumur.
The sparkling wines, with their very fine bubbles, reveal a rich bouquet of white flowers aromas ; they are ideal as an aperitif. The dry white wines, are fat with an elegant aromatic complexity ; you will enjoy them as an aperitif, with fish cooked in a sauce, white meat or goat cheese. The Coteaux de Saumur "Cuvée Sarah" wines boast a high concentration level. Vines chosen for this cuvée are planted on a specific terroir and take advantage of exeptional climatic conditions: the frequent morning mists envourage the development of noble rot.
